Two dudes, Brandon and Brett, going by an outfit named BRTV, posted a video of an inspired performance by a young broadcaster exhorting the crowd to commence drinking Guinness on St. Pats. This occurred before drinking. Not too shabby. It's nice to know this is the floor of such behavior with room to grow.
