What is an All-Star Teacher? I guess it's whatever the Teacher's Union says it is. The Governor is just going along with it. What does he care? He was never a conservative and has no reason to be now.
Forget about what an All-Star teacher is. The more relevant question is, "Do we even need kids to run a school system?"
Shouldn't the kids have some say in this "All Star Teacher" business? They are the implied customer in this relationship. Hell, even Major League Baseball lets their idiot fans decide who their All-Stars will be. If not for the fans, why have an All-Star Game? If not for the kids then...well...ummm...awkward...cut!
And in a school system that hands out unearned plaudits to any tard (sorry Mrs. Palin) who can drool their way through the wisdom of the great Karl Marx for 12 years, all for the privilege of going to a top commie finishing school, you can rest assured that within 5 years, every Georgia teacher will be considered an All-Star and GA students will still be last in everything called smart.Other than that, I fuckin' LOVE this idea. It's so crazy it just might work. Wish I had an All-Star teacher when I was in school. I might be less offended by the state.

Larry,
You are a wise person you need to be an all-star teacher.
